What digital marketing costs in Dubai: how to read published prices and compare your own quotes
SEO, PPC, social media, web design and content prices in AED: what UAE suppliers publish on their own pages, what a price leaves out, and how to compare the quotes you hold.
Short answer
I opened 17 price listings from 11 UAE suppliers across five services. They are not a sample of the market and I give no average or range. Published prices differ in billing basis, VAT treatment, contract length and what is excluded, so quotes should be put on one basis before they are compared.
If you want to know what SEO, PPC, social media, a website or content costs in Dubai, the honest answer is that I cannot give you a market price, and neither can anyone who has not seen your scope. What I can do is show you what named UAE suppliers publish on their own pages, tell you what each of those prices does and does not cover, and give you a way to compare the quotes you actually hold.
A disclosure first. This site is published by Web Marketing International FZCO, which sells advertising and SEO services. None of my own prices is in the table, and if I quote you, enter my quote in the service price guide beside the others. Nothing here is a ranking of suppliers.
What I can and cannot tell you
Many articles give a price range for each service in Dubai. A range in an article is the author’s statement, and I do not publish one here. I state a price only when a supplier publishes it on its own page, I opened that page on 4 November 2026, and I say which supplier and which page. Prices change, so each one is labelled as published by a supplier on a date and may have changed. If you spot a price that has changed, tell me through the contact page and I will correct it.
What I found
I searched for UAE suppliers that print a price for these services and opened their pages. The count per service is below. It is the number that turned up and published a figure. It is not a sample of the market, so it supports no statement about what is typical.
- SEO: 4 suppliers
- PPC management: 4 suppliers
- Social media: 4 suppliers
- Web design: 3 suppliers
- Content: 2 suppliers, each publishing only a starting price. Anything fuller is Not publicly stated.
Some suppliers appear under more than one service, so the 17 listings come from 11 suppliers. Every listing, with its package names, its billing basis, what the page says about VAT and the date shown on the page, is in the table on the service price guide. Where a page says nothing about a point, the table says Not publicly stated.
What a published price leaves out
The same few gaps recur, and they matter more than the headline number.
VAT. Of the 11 suppliers, one states how VAT is treated: CubicSofts says its PPC prices are exclusive of 5 percent UAE VAT[5]. I found no VAT statement on the pages of the other ten. The Federal Tax Authority’s VAT page shows its calculator at 5 percent[1]. Ask each supplier in writing, and ask your accountant how VAT affects you.
Advertising spend. A PPC or paid social fee is normally what the supplier charges to manage the account, not what the platform charges for clicks. Leads Dubai says ad budget is billed separately from the management fee and lists a minimum ad budget of AED 5,000 a month on its Google Ads package[3][4].
Contract length. Digital Gravity lists a 4-month contract for its Basic SEO plan and 6 months for the three above it[2]. Leads Dubai lists a 3-month term on its SEO package[3]. A monthly price means one thing for 3 months and another for 12.
One-off or monthly, and what sits outside. Almirsa’s website packages are one-time payments with domain and hosting billed separately[7]. The Web Makers lists a website price and an optional care plan at AED 299 a month, with domain, hosting and platform subscriptions as separate costs[6]. A one-off build and a monthly fee are not comparable until you pick a period.
More on spotting these is in what a digital marketing quote should state and mistakes when comparing agency prices.
Putting quotes on the same basis
Take the quotes you hold for the same service. For each one, strip VAT out if it is included, multiply the monthly fee by the number of months you would be committed, add any one-off fee once, and compare the totals. The service price guide does this arithmetic and shows the equation, and nothing you type is stored. A lower total is not a better quote: scope, term and exclusions still have to match. The way to get quotes that can be matched in the first place is in how to get comparable digital marketing quotes.
What to ask each supplier
- Are the amounts before or after VAT?
- What is the minimum term, and what happens if I stop early?
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee, and how much?
- Is advertising spend inside the fee or paid on top, and is there a minimum?
- What exactly will be delivered each month, and what is excluded?
- Is the price you quoted an introductory price, and what is it afterwards?
If paid advertising is what you are pricing, I would be glad to quote. Look at the advertising services I offer and put what I send through the same comparison as everyone else.
