What three UAE suppliers publish for a website, and why the figures do not line up
Three UAE web design suppliers print prices in AED. Here is what each page says it covers, and the gaps you must close before comparing.
People searching for the cost of a website in Dubai usually want a single number. I cannot give you one, and I do not think anyone should without seeing your brief. What I can do is show what three UAE suppliers print on their own pages, and what you would need to find out before treating any of those figures as comparable. I found these three while looking for suppliers that publish web design prices. They are not a sample of the market, and I draw no average or range from them.
What each page says
The Web Makers, which gives a Sharjah address, lists a static starter site at AED 999 for 5 pages, a WordPress site at AED 2,500 for up to 6 pages, and an online store from AED 3,999. It lists an optional care plan at AED 299 a month and says domain, hosting, platform subscriptions and paid add-ons are separate costs. The Web Makers page shows it was last updated on 26 September 2026.
Innomedia Technologies, in Ras Al Khaimah, says its corporate website package starts at AED 1,200 and its e-commerce package at AED 3,600. Its packages page lists first-year hosting and domain registration as included. It states no VAT treatment and no price date, and I could not tell from the page whether the figures are one-off.
Almirsa Marketing, in Dubai, lists a Starter site at AED 2,200 for up to 5 pages, a Professional site at AED 5,500 for up to 12 pages and an e-commerce site at AED 9,500. The Almirsa page says these are one-time payments, that domain and hosting are billed separately, and that full advance payment is required before work starts.
All of this is as published on 4 November 2026, and it may have changed since.
Why the figures do not line up
Put the three side by side and the differences are about more than the amount. Two suppliers list a page count and one lists a platform. One includes a year of hosting and a domain, two do not. One mentions an ongoing monthly plan, and the others do not. None of the three says whether VAT is included in the figure. A number on a page is a starting point for a conversation, not a price for your business.
What to do instead
Write a one-page brief and send the same one to each supplier you are considering. Ask whether the figure is before or after VAT, what is excluded, who owns the site and the domain, what you pay and when, and what happens after launch. The way to do this is set out in how to get comparable digital marketing quotes, and the questions a quote should answer are in what a digital marketing quote should state.
When the quotes arrive, enter them in the service price guide. It strips VAT out where it is included, adds a monthly fee over the term you choose and the one-off fee once, and shows the totals together. It cannot judge scope, so read that yourself.
